The location is perfect for airport access, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was infrequent and hard to find. There’s a nice golf course nearby. Rooms were clean but could use some updates.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and attentive staff made for a pleasant stay. the outdated decor and strong smell were distractions. The chaotic shuttle service? Disappointing, especially with lengthy waits. A 24-hour café would have been ideal for early risers. The broken curtains that let sunlight in too early were an annoyance. Still, this hotel fulfilled its purpose as a convenient stop near the airport. Just remember, in a sea of better options, it's worth exploring.

The outdoor swimming pool was absolutely refreshing and perfect for lounging! I loved soaking up the sun on the terrace while enjoying a blissful atmosphere. The super comfortable bed made my nights restful and cozy, boosting my energy every day!

I had a fantastic experience with the free shuttle service from the airport, making it super easy to quickly get to my room, and the proximity to LAX really is a big plus for travelers on the go, especially since there are awesome restaurants just a few steps away like Jersey Mike's Subs and California Pizza Kitchen; plus, it’s a short drive to attractions like the Automobile Driving Museum and Flight Path Learning Center, making afternoon strolls enjoyable! The room was comfortable and well-equipped, but the hotel is undergoing renovations, so some facilities are limited right now.

we did notice that the heating in the room was a bit inconsistent, and the air conditioning seemed a bit noisy at times. Unfortunately, there were no tea and coffee facilities available in the room, which was a bit disappointing as we enjoy starting our day with a hot cup of coffee. we didn't find a trouser press in the room, which would have been helpful for keeping our clothes looking neat. One positive aspect was that the room seemed to be soundproofed, as we didn't hear much noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. On the other hand, the lack of garden furniture on the property meant we couldn't enjoy the outdoor spaces as much as we would have liked. We appreciated the convenience of room service during our stay, but we found that the dry cleaning services were a bit pricey. The shops and commercial services on-site were convenient, but we felt that the laundry services could have been more efficient. The airport shuttle provided by the Sonesta was a helpful amenity, but we found the scheduling to be a bit confusing, leading to some unnecessary stress trying to catch our ride. Valet parking was available, but it came at an additional cost that we felt could have been clearer from the start. our stay at the Sonesta had its ups and downs.

Feeling like a movie star with all the big celebs around LA. The Getty Center's art almost made me feel cultured. The service was top, notch, made me want to move right in.

The pool area didn't live up to its online photos, being smaller and not well maintained. the carpet in the room was quite stained and didn't feel very clean.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, with a shuttle bus that gets you there in about 10 minutes. The rooms are attractive and the staff is always helpful. Having multiple restaurants open until midnight is a big plus after a long flight.
The shuttle service is extremely unreliable, with long wait times and even buses going out of service. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired, with dusty rooms and filthy windows.

I chose Sonesta for its proximity to Flight Path Museum. The hotel staff's warm welcome and excellent local dining options exceeded my expectations. I especially enjoyed the quick meals at Boulevard Market Café and the fresh sushi at Yokoso Sushi Bar.

loved how close sonesta is to the airport—so convenient. the room was clean and cozy - with a comfy bed and new towels. the tap room has great food and even gives corporate discounts. the staff went above and beyond—Nico even remembered my name from a previous stay!

after a 15 hr. flight from europe, we needed a rest stop before taking. our flight home to maui. getting to the hotel via the shuttle at lax was. very convenient. we had to wait a bit, but it was doing its rounds. check-. in was fast and the room was clean, modern and comfortable. the. restaurant options were also great from a sit-down meal to a grab-and-. go. staff was very helpful and friendly, too. the room was perfect for a one night stay before catching an early flight out. the beds were very comfortable. but it is an older hotel which could use some upgrading. the shuttle service was a big plus to drive us to our terminal and to get help with our luggage. close to airport. shuttle service available 24/7. very room rooms and very clean with a good size bathroom.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 🙂

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic capsule coffee machine to start my mornings off right. Despite being near the airport, it was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a long trip. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, as it was just a short walk from the airport and allowed me to quickly drop off my luggage before heading out to explore LA. The on-site restaurant was a great convenience, offering delicious meals right in the lobby.
The hotel's policy of not accepting cash deposits and their lack of concern for guests with impending flights made the check-out process slightly inconvenient. The manager's attitude was also disappointing and showed a lack of empathy towards the situation.
